Check-in and check-out

Check-in after 17:00, check-out before 11:00. Keys wait inside the apartment, so a late arrival is fine.

Quiet hours

Quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00. No parties.

Guests

Maximum 4 people per apartment, including children. Trollstua sleeps 2.

Minimum stay

Two nights.

Breakfast

Included in the room rate, served 08:30 to 10:30.

Shaman campfire evenings

Included on selected evenings for guests staying with us, with no charge and nothing to book. Your host tells you which evenings. The full-day Sámi shaman journey is a separate programme and is booked on its own.

Pets

Welcome, with a cleaning fee of 1 500 NOK per stay.

Included

Wi-Fi, parking, towels and bed linen are included.

Non-smoking

All apartments are non-smoking. The barbecue house and the terrace are shared.

Not wheelchair accessible.

Payment

30 % by card when you book. The remaining 70 % is paid on arrival, in cash or by card; we never charge it in advance. Travel agencies and groups: please contact us at info@trollhavn.no.

Cancellation

If you cancel more than 4 months before arrival, we refund the 30 % deposit in full. If you cancel less than 4 months before arrival, the deposit is not refunded, and you do not owe the remaining 70 %.
